Withdraw from a recent Supporter purchase

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a paid Supporter purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, unless a different rule applies by law.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. You can do this, for example, by email, letter, or through the electronic withdrawal function provided on PAINTSESSIONS.COM where required by law.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Online withdrawal function

Where required by law, PAINTSESSIONS.COM provides an electronic withdrawal function for online withdrawal from consumer contracts concluded through the platform.

Use the “Withdraw from contract” function, provide the information needed to identify your purchase, and confirm your withdrawal using the confirmation function.

After you submit the withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email. This confirmation only confirms receipt of your withdrawal declaration. It does not necessarily confirm that the withdrawal is valid or that a refund has already been approved.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees by us for this reimbursement.

If you asked us to begin providing Supporter access during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided until you informed us of the withdrawal, where applicable law allows this.

Cancel Supporter

Monthly Supporter access is a recurring subscription. Use the dedicated Cancel Supporter function to submit an online cancellation declaration.

You can also cancel through account settings, through the Stripe customer portal where available, or by contacting support@paintsessions.com. These options do not replace the online cancellation function.

We may ask for the information needed to identify your contract, such as the email address connected to your account.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. You keep Supporter access until the end of the paid period already paid for.

If you cannot access your account or cancellation flow, contact support@paintsessions.com from the email address connected to your account.

Annual pass

The annual pass is paid once for one year of Supporter access and does not renew automatically. You therefore do not need to cancel it to prevent renewal.

This does not affect any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, termination, refund, or other consumer rights that may apply.
